I’m Madisen Sevans, the owner and pastry chef behind The Sweet Spot by Madi. As a classically trained pastry chef, baking has always been more than just making desserts for me. It’s my creative outlet, my way of connecting with people, and my favourite way to be part of life’s celebrations.
What started as a passion quickly grew into a business built around creating custom desserts that feel personal, meaningful, and memorable. I love taking someone’s vision, whether it’s a simple idea, a colour palette, or a full Pinterest board, and bringing it to life in a way that feels both beautiful and delicious.
